Telescopes are notoriously hard to travel with and I set out to fix that problem. Introducing the Travel Telescope 114 that can easily be taken apart to fit in a backpack. No tools required for assembly or disassembly. This is a 114mm aperture 900mm focal length reflector telescope. This is a great beginner telescope to make and a great way to learn how telescopes work. Making this telescope will cost less than buying a new one! Buying the parts kit and printed parts should cost about $100 for the entire telescope. There is a dovetail style mounting for star trackers for astrophotography.

If you’d like to 3D print the pieces yourself there is an option to buy only the hardware required for assembly. The two options are to buy the OTA assembly kit or the entire telescope assembly kit. These kits come with mirrors, heat inserts, bolts, springs and all the required parts (excluding the 3D printed parts). I can also send you the fully assembled telescope.

Includes all of the hardware needed to build your very own travel telescope (except the 3D printed parts). Parts included are aluminium extrusions, Mirror, Heat inserts, Bolts, springs, and bearings and others.

OTA 3D Printing Kit:

Includes all of the hardware and parts to build only the OTA (Not the mount) of the telescope (except the 3D printed parts). Parts included are Mirror, aluminium extrusions, bolts, heat inserts, and others.

Please Note: I am not including eyepieces as I want to give you the option to pick your own. Id recommend the SVBONY 20mm Redline 68 FOV 1.25" if you don't already have an eyepiece.
